These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bosqq platform. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing bosqq, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use bosqq. Accounts created by minors will be permanently closed and funds refunded after verification.
Each individual may hold exactly one bosqq account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending bonuses.
All transactions on bosqq are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay, are fully supported.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
bosqq employs automated and manual systems to detect collusion, arbitrage abuse, and fraudulent wagering patterns. Accounts found in breach of fair play rules will be suspended without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosqq holds its international offshore gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under that jurisdiction's rules.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free-bet allocation credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum cumulative bet turnover that a Player must generate from Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which bosqq confirms a Player's identity, age, and residential status prior to permitting withdrawals or higher deposit limits. |

To register and maintain an active Account on bosqq, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Registration of a Player Account is subject to the following requirements and conditions:
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested by bosqq's registration form. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the bosqq platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bosqq reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balance held therein, including Real-Money Funds, where evidence of deliberate multi-accounting is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must notify bosqq's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account. bosqq shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
bosqq reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative deposit or withdrawal exceeds specified thresholds, or when bosqq's risk management systems flag an Account for review. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of residential address dated within 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bosqq's customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC clearance. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
bosqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Withdrawal minimums are Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to VIP tier and may be increased upon request for verified high-volume Players. bosqq reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits via local bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Player's Account balance within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of confirmed receipt under standard operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Christmas), or when additional verification is required. bosqq does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.
Player real-money funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from bosqq's operational funds. This means that in the event of bosqq's insolvency, Player funds are protected to the extent possible under the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. bosqq does not pay interest on Player Account balances.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your bosqq Account are lawfully obtained and are your own property. bosqq strictly prohibits the use of funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or third-party payment arrangements. Any Account suspected of facilitating prohibited transactions will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and relevant information will be reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by bosqq are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 requires a minimum total wager turnover of Rp 1.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players unless otherwise specified. bosqq reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Account history, geographic location, deposit method, or other criteria determined at bosqq's sole discretion. Players who have been identified as bonus abusers — including those engaged in low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonus eligibility permanently revoked.
Bonus Funds that are not used within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account balance without notice. Wagering requirements attached to expired bonuses are simultaneously cancelled. bosqq is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
bosqq employs automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinated wagering between related Accounts; using prohibited betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements; and making deposits solely to claim a deposit bonus with no genuine intent to engage in regular platform activity. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds, and potential permanent closure.
bosqq reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Wagers are accepted subject to real-time availability and the applicable market rules for each sport or game type. Confirmation of a wager by the platform constitutes a binding agreement between the Player and bosqq in respect of that wager only.
bosqq offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and competitions, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and major e-sports tournaments. Market availability and bet types — including Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) — are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the posting of odds, lines, or market conditions — whether arising from human error, system fault, or data feed malfunction — bosqq reserves the right to void any wager placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. bosqq will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct such errors promptly and will notify affected Players accordingly.
In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and are subject to interruption, suspension, or cancellation at any time due to changes in game conditions, technical limitations, or regulatory requirements. bosqq shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from the suspension or cancellation of in-play markets.
All casino games and slot games — including slot gacor (Indonesian community designation for high-frequency payout slots), live dealer tables, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. bosqq does not modify or influence RNG outcomes in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bosqq platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to: download, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, transmit, or distribute any platform content without bosqq's prior written consent; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the platform; or use the bosqq brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written authorization.
bosqq does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. bosqq shall not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunity, anticipated profits, or Account balance access arising from platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bosqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if bosqq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bosqq's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. bosqq provides the platform as a venue for entertainment; it does not guarantee winnings or returns. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your Account.
bosqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, bosqq reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Real-money funds determined to be legitimately the Player's own (i.e., not derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
bosqq processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting obligations.
bosqq employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and stores Player data on secure, access-controlled servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
bosqq reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered Account address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. bosqq recommends bookmarking this page and checking it at least once per month. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosqq holds its international offshore gaming license.
In the event of any dispute between you and bosqq, you agree to first contact bosqq's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. bosqq will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. A formal written complaint may be submitted via email to the address listed in Clause 14 below.
If informal resolution is not achieved within twenty-eight (28) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in bosqq's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bosqq.
